The City of Rock Hill has transitioned from a paper-based solicitation process to an online electronic solicitation and vendor registration system hosted by OpenGov. Effective October 24, 2022, all solicitations are available through the e-Procurement Portal, unless otherwise stated in the solicitation document. All vendor submissions will be submitted via the portal exclusively.
The e-Procurement Portal will allow prospective Vendors and Suppliers the ability to:
- Register to receive notifications of future opportunities by selecting Subscribe to create a FREE account.
- Create a custom vendor profile and choose the categories for which you wish to receive notifications.
- Follow updates to existing opportunities by clicking the “Follow” button on each listing.
- Submit questions and receive answers online regarding open opportunities to do business with the City.
- Use a guided process of responding electronically to solicitations to ensure your submissions are completed accurately.
- Review notices, addenda, awards, and contracts online.
- Receive timely support via OpenGov's chat feature, Help Center, or email at procurementsupport@opengov.com
