Term of Office:

Up to the discretion of City Council.

Authority:

The Rock Hill Traffic Commission presents recommendations to City Council on traffic issues as outlined in the City Code.

Membership:

City Staff; Mayor Pro-tem serves as Chairperson

Responsibilities:

Make recommendations to City Council regarding the funding of public applications for traffic calming measures, high-impact safety improvements, speed limit changes on City streets, parking restrictions on City streets, and transportation-related policies, ordinances, and plans; and hear appeals of decisions of Traffic Commission liaison.

Meeting Schedule:

The third Wednesday of each month at 10 AM in the Council Chambers at City Hall. See the calendar for current listing of specific meeting dates.
